I thing, that tubex you can buy in your country too? Tubex is better than sponge, sponge is more soft...
At second, I have blueprints to rims "beadlock" to use with my tires...

Tires are not finished now, I cannot calcule final price. I was ordered 40 pieces to vulcanize...

Tires are vulcanized! Now only glue desen to tire body and will be finished. There was problem with material to vulcanize, minimal was 100kg to buy , but I need only 5 kg...
Final price by 1 piece is 12,5 EUR , is your order of 11 pieces still actual?

I thought about making tyres with this method also. I did not know how to make form. And I further do not understand what you will make from the tread which is on flat form. Will it stuck on?

Yes, desen of tire will be stuck on by vulcanised glue - on tire service for big cars. Inscriptions are hand made

I have little to move, the ball pins, I just matured so that the model I made according to original.
I had to do a new piece of the front beam and shortening the forehead first gearbox in order to leverage the driving came. Pins are 6mm diameter and are stored in ball bearings MR106ZZ.
