Thanks. Black parts - turning bars - are made by CNC laser.

There are some photos of my beadlock disks.
It's drilled under templates burned by CNC laser. Mothers are M2 overdrill to 2,5mm and maded thread M3.

Disks are mounted on shaft 6mm diameter.
On end of shaft is M6 thread, disk is screw on shaft and then is fixed by 1 piece of covering headless screws.

Screws are M3 and female screw are M2 overdrill to M3.
Yes, I have gear more on the turning bars. There is a Hitec 805 servo modified elekronicaly so that it spins around and around with the possibility to change the rotational speed of the size of the current deflection of the lever at the transmitter. When I let the lever servo stops at the position where now is not coming back to position 0. I hope that an additional transfer (3:1) gives turning mechanism greater power

About your turning mechanism. You've got transmition 1:3- 24,7kg (6V) x 3 ~75 kg O.O.O 100 % will be good. Don't have to be worry.
